The problem

Since starting in 2010, Knaus Constructions has grown significantly into one of the leading home builders in Byron. Only issue was, fast forward to 2024, and they still had the same website from when they started.

Now seen as one of Byron's most trusted builders and viewed as a leader by anyone in the industry, they needed a website that portrayed this. To help with landing high-end architectural builds, they needed to portray themselves as a high-end option as well as highly capable at what they do.

By not presenting themselves as such, they were missing out on opportunities, potentially losing projects, and not standing above the rest online - and although Knaus as a company was thriving, Todd (the owner) knew the positive impact a great website could have and what it could be costing him by not getting this area of his business sorted properly.

We knew what mattered here most was how Knaus looked to their clients. The website had to be incredibly modern, crisp, and super high-end in order to position their work and company as such. Seeing as they're clients are people looking to build high-end architectural homes, we knew making them look modern and high-end would be most persuasive to their ideal clients.

Undergoing a total rebrand, our team designed a website that complemented the sleek aesthetic of their logo and rejuvenated their company image. Already having an incredible portfolio of all their projects, we got to leverage their best imagery from their nicest builds to emphasise their architectural building abilities and inspire their potential clients.

We then worked on the messaging throughout the site to present them to clients in their desired manner. With the design being so high-end, we made sure the messaging was highly client focused with a very approachable tone. This ensures clients feel comfortable to reach out whilst simultaneously painting the true core values of Knaus Constructions.

Our approach also ensured their best projects were highlighted throughout the site, crafting easy to access and navigate showcase pages featuring a portfolio of images, detailed information about each build, and the accolades each project had earned.
